2. General data collected when visiting the website
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider collects the following data for technical reasons and stores it in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Browser and operating system used
- Requested URL and referrer URL
- Amount of data transferred
Processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests in the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless security-related incidents require longer storage.
3. Contact form and email contact
If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details (name, contact details, hotel location, reason and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
We do not pass your data on to third parties without your express consent. Data is only shared with investors or operators from our network after your express approval and only to the extent you have approved.
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. For enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship, this is generally the case six months after the last contact. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
4. Cookies, web analytics and conversion tracking (Google Analytics & Google Ads)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of your use of the website.
We use Google Analytics exclusively with your consent, which you give via our consent banner (“Accept all” button). Until you give your consent, Google Consent Mode ensures that no analytics cookies are set and no personal data is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
We use IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip): your IP address is shortened before storage so that no direct personal reference can be established. Events recorded include page views, scroll depth, clicks on phone, email and CTA links, and the successful submission of the contact form (to measure enquiry success).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the data stored for this website in your browser (in particular the entry akhc_consent). The consent banner will appear again on your next visit.

Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. This website additionally uses conversion tracking and remarketing from Google Ads, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you reach our website via a Google Ads advertisement, Google sets a cookie on your device. These cookies allow us to measure anonymously which ads led to an enquiry (e.g. form submission or phone click) and enable the delivery of interest-based ads on other websites in the Google advertising network.
Conversion and remarketing cookies are set only after your consent via the consent banner (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Conversion ID of this property: AW-18157881009. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy notices: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads. 5. Third-party fonts
For the uniform display of fonts, we use “Google Fonts”, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you access this website, your browser loads the required fonts directly from a Google server. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation). Further information on data protection at Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
